This ever-changing class format will challenge your whole body to new fitness levels. Strengthen major muscle groups with body-weight exercises and utilize a variety of exercise equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and/or steps to target the major muscle groups and elevate the heart rate and spirit.

Vinyasa Flow-All Levels

Dynamic flow-based yoga. Recommended for those having a familiarity with Sun Salutations A and B. Power Vinyasa flow is a rigorous, sweaty yoga practice stemming from the ashtanga tradition. Poses are held for shorter periods of time and will link one breath with motion, creating a dynamic and fluid ‘meditation in motion.’ This is a hot, sweaty fun practice often set to fun, fluid, dynamic music. You will leave inspired and ready to shine off the mat! Room heated to 85-88 degrees.

Athletic Vinyasa

This is a multi-level class designed to welcome most practitioners. This class is a journey – creating a fluid asana experience from opening to closing. Arm balances and inversions are taught at an approachable pace with instruction and modifications. Physically challenging, yet accessible, All Levels Flow builds strength and suppleness, and students tap into yoga’s transformational power. Optimal for those with knowledge of the basics of yoga.

Yoga Sculpt

When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with vinyasa sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

Xplorefit Yoga Session or Personal Training

 

Private yoga available for one-on-one, with a friend or two, for single or multiple yoga sessions in the comfort of your own space.

Cost: $100 per session per person or 10 sessions for $900 per person.           Customized packages available upon request.
