Monica Flores

Monica Flores is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and yoga instructor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her health journey began 26 years ago when despite dedicating up to two hours a day working out, she was not achieving the results she desired. It was at that point that in addition to her exercise, she focused on her diet, started eating healthier, and the results started to come. The feeling she got from obtaining her goals inspired her to want to help others.

In 2017 she became a certified health coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Through her studies and personal experience, she realized that what worked for her didn’t necessarily work for others. She acknowledged how unique we are and how we have different needs and stories as individuals.

Through her health coaching practice, she offers an individualized approach to her client’s goals. She holds them accountable to improve their health and find balance in different aspects of their lives including nutrition, physical activity, careers, and relationships.

Claudia Edwards

Her yoga and mindfulness journey began in 2005, initially a blend of love and resistance, especially against the introspective aspects. Eight years later, this changed as she found teachers who deeply resonated with her, leading to a more earnest and spiritual practice. She has completed over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training and is a ThetaHealing Practitioner. Her work focuses on connecting people to their Mind, Body, and Spirit, driven by the joy it brings her.
